Tom Tomlinson of Morgan Winery, along with Norwood's Restaurant and National Distribution Company hosted a four-course meal that paired the perfect Morgan wine with each course.

Wine: 1999 Mer Soliel Chardonnay
Entree: Porcini Dusted Venison Rack with 12 year old Balsamic Demi-Glace, Rice Pilaf and Chanterelles.
Wine: 1997 Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, 1997 Caymus Special Select Cabernet, 1998 Caymus Special Select Cabernet Sauvignon.

Dessert: Fresh Berry Tart with Vanilla Cream, Poached Pear and Key Lime Coulis

30 August 2001 Australian dinner.

Patrick Milata, of Brown and Foreman Import Company hosted the dinner, sharing his expertise on the wines of Geoff Merrill and Ch. Tahbilk Australian Wine Estates. The five-course meal was matched with wines from these estates. Dinner began at 7:30 p.m.

Appetizer: Barbequed jumbo shrimp and grilled polenta
Salad: Ostrich terrine with gourmet greens and roasted cashew marsanne
Entree: Australian lamb Wellington with wild mushroom duxelle, risotto and grilled baby vegetables.


January 26, 2001. Mr. and Mrs. Lange of Lange Winery  hosted an exciting menu developed in conjunction with executive chef Mark McCann.

Lange produces great pinot gris, pinot noir, and chardonnays from Oregon's north Willamette valley.


January 12, 2001. Lou Nole of Wilson Grant and Sons hosted an Italian Wine Dinner.

September 29, 2000. This dinner featured Rabbit Ridge wines.

April 16, 1997. The post income tax tasting and dinner included Grouper Duval and Cajun lamb along with Sequoia Grove chardonnays and cabernet sauvignons.

March 15, 1997. The New Wave Wine Tour luncheon, featured new varietals from four winery's, two from California and two from Italy -- complemented by interesting "New Wave" food matches.


One delightful 1996 November evening, a small group of Wine Club Members conducted an impromptu wine room tasting.
