Jadot Wine Dinner

Guests enjoyed food and wine and food skillfully combined for this
holiday gala. Norwood's Certified Executive Chef Mark McMCann, the Daytona Beach Chef's Association and
Daytona Beach Community College's Culinary Institute created a culinary
extravaganza.
And Michael Adamczyk, International marketing
manager for Kobrand Corporation, selected five wines from French Burgundy producer
Louis Jadot to complement the five-course meal.

- Chassagne-Montrachet, Duc de Magenta, premier Cru 1997
- Pommard 1997
- Beaune Chouacheux, Premier Cru 1997
- Chapelle Chambertin, Grand Cru 1997
Michael shared his hands-on knowledge of working in France during the crush. His lighthearted discussions
ranged from terroir
to classification of these great Burgundy wines.The Jadot dinner began promptly at 7:30. Seating
was limited,
with all tickets sold in advance for $100. No tickets were available at the door.
A portion of the proceeds went to the Norwood's Culinary Institute
Scholarship.

Annual Holiday Wine Tasting
Saturday December 2nd, 11:30a.m. to 4 p.m.
Over 600 wine enthusiasts sampled more than 400 fine wines from around the world,
attended wine seminars and enjoyed elegant hors d'oeuvres and rich
desserts at this premier event.
Wine distributors shared information about each vintage. And
guests took advantage of single bottles and case lot discounts
during the festival, purchasing wines for holiday gift giving.
Tickets were $40 in advance and $45 at the door.
