National Distributing Company recently acquired the North Florida distribution rights for Rabbit Ridge Vineyards. Erich Russell, one of California's best winemakers, guides this exciting Sonoma Valley winery.

To celebrate this acquisition, Norwood's and National Distributing Company hosted a Rabbit Ridge wine dinner. Randy Ford of National shared his Rabbit Ridge knowledge while guests enjoyed a four-course meal and seven of Rabbit Ridge's best wines.

Appetizer: Seared Yellow fin Tuna layered with pasta, Spinach, Julienne Vegetables, Napa cabbage, and a sesame ginger sauce

Salad: Medley of Greens with wild mushroom spring roll, with citrus vinaigrette, mandarin orange and candied peanuts
