Bill Walker of Premier Beverage Inc. shared the wine of Rosenblum Cellars, a California boutique winery specializing in Zinfandels.

Rosenblum Cuvee Zin $13.95
This superb wine combines Zinfandel from Paso Robles, Lodi, Napa, and Mendocino with Carignane and Mourvedre from SanFrancisco Bay. The lovely ripe plum and currant of Paso Robles blend perfectly with the bright jammy cherry fruit of Lodi. The Napa and Mendocino portions contribute a nice acid backbone. The Carignane adds a bit of rose petal nuance to the blend.

Rosenblum Paso Robles Zinfandel $23.25
This is a rich and exotic fruit packed Zinfandel. A bouquet of ripe black currant and blackberry with creamy ripe cherry essences is followed by flavors of currant and vanilla with hints of briary spice and cracked pepper.

Rosenblum Ballentine Vineyard Zinfandel $27.99
This wine is a truly fine example of the heights Zinfandel from Napa Valley can achieve. The wine's appearance is very vibrant, rich with nearly opaque garnet red color. The nose soars from the glass, offering sweet wild blackberry pie that is lightly draped in layers of silky brown sugar, cinnamon and cloves.

Bill Walker also provided a Special Surprise Rosenblum Wine for the guests' tasting pleasure.
