Three courses paired with Orin Swift wines on Friday, August 28. $90 per person.

Join us Friday, August 28 for a three-course dinner paired with wines from Orin Swift. Seatings run between 5:00 and 8:30 p.m., and you choose your time slot when you book.

First course — Vegetable terrine with summer squash, asparagus and carrot, house wheat cracker, roasted vegetable jus. Paired with Orin Swift "Mannequin" Chardonnay.

Second course — Wagyu Denver steak with roasted local shiitake mushrooms, crispy smashed potatoes and herb gremolata. Paired with Orin Swift "Advice from John" Merlot.

Third course — Choco-flan with candied walnuts and whipped cream. Paired with Orin Swift "Bloodlines" Cabernet Sauvignon.
